Pickled Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper)

Bhut Jolokia the World's Hottest pepper, also called Ghost Pepper, and Red SavinaHabanero are grown in limited quantities. Freshly harvested peppers are de-stemmed, processed into pickled pepper, mash, or dehydrated and crushed.

More than 1200 grams of fresh Bhut Jolokia, World's Hottest chile pepper or Red Savina™ Habanero, world's 2nd hottest pepper, are required to make just 100 grams of dried product.

The dried/crushed Bhut Jolokia and the Red Savina are so incredibly hot we highly recommend a pepper grinder or mill be used to dispense them. Any good quality pepper mill will work. However, for your convenience we offer Minimill and Maximill type dispensers. The Minimill is travel size while the Maximill is more suitable for table and kitchen use.  We find that either of these peppers will increase the heat level of your food to a level of your choice without altering the flavor of your food.  See the Catalog for information and easy shopping cart ordering..
