With our super hot pepper, you adjust the hotness from mild to as hot as you can handle.  The size of the grind is adjustable and the number of turns or twists of the grinder adjusts the amount. When loading with 100% Bhut Jolokia or  Red Savina™ Habanero pepper, we recommend the addition of a few whole black peppercorns or a favorite peppercorn mix. This will help any oversize pepper flakes to mill nicely. We find no detectable reduction in heat level when we do this. Travel size dispenser, only 3" long, can be carried in purse or pocket.
