 A delicious
sauce
made from oak aged 100% Bhut Jolokia peppers skillfully blended with
imported gourmet rice vinegar, fresh garlic and tamarind. The sauce has
no
added preservatives. However, Sauce Jolokia Tropical does need a bit of
a shake before
dispensing
so you get your share of the little suprises dispersed in the
unfiltered
sauce.
Heat- Sauce Jolokia Tropical
has been carefully formulated to produce a flavorful sauce that
does
not release an explosion of heat at first bite, the heat will appears
in a few moments when the wonderfully fruity hot flavor, unique to Bhut
Jolokia pepper, appears....and stays a while.
Uses- The sauce can be
used as it is. However, we often use ths sauce as an enhancer for
condiments, steak sauces salad dressing, etc.. When used in this
manner, ths Sauce Jolokia Tropical is very economical and one bottle
will last quite a while. With
any of
our sauces, we always recommend the use of a small sauce bowl for
dip tasting as you eat. We do not recommend splashing sauce
directly on the
food until you are familiar with the flavor and heat profiles.
