Gourmet version
of the wonderful table sauces used daily by millions in South East
Asian countries. A great tasting
slightly sweet
sauce
made with 100% Bhut Jolokia pepper mash, garlic, rice
vinegar, palm sugar, fresh garlic, spices, lime and a touch of
blachan.
The sauce has
no
added preservatives.
Sauce Jolokia Indo/Malay will need a bit
of
a
shake, before dispensing,
so you get your share of the little suprises dispersed in the
unfiltered
sauce.
Heat-
Slow to feel the
heat, but pleasantly
persistant when detected. The deliciously unique flavor of the
ingredients and heat of the
Bhut Jolokia makes a superb sauce.
Uses- Great
with prawns, crab, lobster, all kinds of seafood. Perfect with Asian
foods, curries, chicken, pork, beef, noodles, spring rolls, vegetable
dishes.
Absulutely
the perfect hot sauce for use with pizza, the slightly sweet fruity
heat compliments every type of pizza tried so far. With any of
our sauces, we always recommend the use of a small sauce bowl for
dip tasting as you go, we do not recommend splashing sauce directly on
the
food until one is familiar with the flavor and heat profiles.
