Sauce Jolokia
Sriracha is our Assamese extra hot version of this famous sauce. You
will find the mild version of this sauce at many Asian and Chinese
restaurants since it is very versatile. Skillfully blended with
chili, sea
salt, rice vinegar, oak aged Bhut Jolokia mash, garlic, cane sugar.
Heat- Quite hot and, as with most Bhut
Jolokia sauces, the
heat takes a few seconds to appear but is very
persistant.
Uses- Versatile
universal sauce, steaks, seafood, pasta, pizza, burgurs, hot dogs,
noodles, wings, shellfish, etc. As with any of
our sauces, we always recommend the use of a small sauce bowl for
dip tasting until you are familiar with the heat and flavor profile.
