ROF 2013 Sauce Bhut Jolokia

SAUCE BHUT JOLOKIA (Ghost Pepper sauce) ROF 2013 Sauce Bhut Jolokia is made with Oak aged 100% Bhut Jolokia pepper mash  skillfully blended with distilled cane vinegar and sea salt. The sauce is all natural and additives are used   Flavor and Heat- Very hot but still deliciously fruity.  The heat appears in the back of the throat and builds up considerably and remains persistantly, a Bhut Jolokia pepper characteristic. However, the deliciously distinct fruity overtone of the pepper is still apparant This is a sauce for the true pepper lover and can be addictive.   Uses-  Use as you would any vinegar based table sauce. We find the Bhut Jolokia Sauce especially good with Mexican and Latino foods. As with any of our sauces, we always recommend the use of a small sauce bowl for dip tasting until you are familiar with the heat and flavor profile and you can decide how much to use for youself.
