Fresh Bhut Jolokia (Ghost peppers) are preserved with an inspired spice blend including onion seeds, fenugreek, turmeric, cumin, spices, sea salt, cane vinegar, sunflower & soy oil. The flavor is delicious, the heat unbelievable. 

As a starter test, we recommend using scissors to cut a tiny sliver of pepper and eat with a cracker. You can then judge your tolerance to this amazingly hot pickle.

 Some prefer to use the blistering hot oil as condiment. As oil is used, it can be replentished. This replentished oil seems just as hot as the original.  It is almost like an endless supply of delicious hot pepper oil. 

You may replentish with oil of your choosing. We have been using extra virgin olive oil or Canola.
